When joining an inspection trip with Emerald Estate, you will join a fully tailor-made non-binding trip only focusing on your dreams and wishes for a property abroad. We will guide you through the jungle of options and make it as easy and safe as possible to select your dream property. Our concept is simple and comfortable:-

• Pick you up at the airport

• Arrange accommodation, meals and transportation to suit your needs.

Inspection Trip Program

Day 1: We will pick you up at the airport and drive you to your accommodation.

Day 2: We will start the day at our office and introduce you to the properties we have handpicked specifically for you, based on our preliminary conversations and inform you about your legal rights in Turkey.

Day 3: We will go through the properties to be visited and decide which to visit again in order to get a detailed view of the relevant properties including the financial aspects.

Day 4: We will drive you to the airport with the hope that you have had a satisfying trip with sufficient information and good impressions.
